Title: Assistant Professor of Law
Baylor Law seeks to fill multiple tenure-track positions in both 1L and upper-level courses in several curricular areas based upon Baylor Law’s curricular needs and applicant’s experience. Possible courses include, but are not limited to, required 1L courses in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure; required 1L courses in Constitutional Law: Structure, Power, and Administration; upper-level elective courses in business, transactional, and commercial areas; intellectual property with a focus on patent law; and other courses such as labor law, employment law, municipal government, consumer protection, bankruptcy, creditors remedies, negotiable instruments/payment systems, franchising, sports law, and healthcare. The Faculty Appointments Committee welcomes expressions of interest in all areas, especially from candidates who will add to the diversity of our faculty.
