Jazmine M. Kendrick is a Plaintiff’s New York Injury Attorney. Ms. Kendrick’s practice areas focus on general negligence, motor vehicle collisions, premises cases that involve both private and municipal defendants, and labor law in State Court and Federal Court.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Kendrick earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2014 from SUNY Plattsburgh University. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Touro College – Jacob D.. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York in 2018 and was admitted to practice on February 6, 2019.
During her time as a Plaintiff’s New York Injury Attorney, she has had the opportunity to advocate for clients in Court and at trial. She has participated in multiple mediations leading to settlements in the high six and seven figure range. She started her career working in some of the top Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firms in New York City and Long Island, which helped her gain knowledge of the inner workings of the courts in all five boroughs in Suffolk and Nassau County.
While working at her previous firms, she single handedly brought in over 6 million dollars in attorneys fees with six of those cases being soft tissue cases with no surgeries that she ultimately settled for six figures each.
Ms. Kendrick is currently admitted to practice in New York State Supreme Court as well as the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
Outside of the legal community, Ms. Kendrick is a proud sister of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority Incorporated, whose mission is to promote Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, Leadership, and Multiculturalism.
While attending college and law school, Ms. Kendrick worked as a Direct Support Professional for Family Residence Essential Enterprises, which focused on serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
