Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury

Experience Required:
• 5+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience
• Proven trial experience with verified results
Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a docket of cases including auto/trucking, premises liability, and other personal injury matters
• Draft pleadings, conduct civil discovery, depositions, develop case strategy, trial preparation, mediation, and trials
Requirements:
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Filevine and Lead Docket (a plus)
• Positive attitude, strong judgment, initiative, integrity, and dependability
