Theodore Smith

Theodore Smith advises clients in various aspects of federal and international tax planning, investment funds and transactional matters.

In addition, Theodore also has experience advising clients on tax credits such as investment tax credits (ITCs), production tax credits (PTCs) and other energy tax credits.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Theodore was an extern at the Securities Exchange Commission in the Enforcement Division. He also participated in Eversheds Sutherland’s 2021 summer associate program.
