About You:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced attorney to lead our litigation team. If you have:

An Arizona bar license with over 5 years of litigation experience in Title 14 (probate/trusts and guardianship/conservatorship).
A passion for mentoring and leading a team of Litigation Associates towards success.
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work.
Experience in estate planning and excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Familiarity with the latest legal technology and a commitment to long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Senior Litigation Associate/Managing Litigation Attorney, your duties will include:

Overseeing and delegating drafting, reviewing, and responding to motions/pleadings.
Conducting initial and contested hearings and managing discovery/disclosure processes.
Providing exceptional client communication and guiding cases from start to finish.
Conducting new client closing calls and ensuring effective client representation.
Maintaining the litigation team's trial deadline calendar in collaboration with the litigation paralegal.

Experience & Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with:

Arizona bar license.
Extensive Title 14 litigation experience, including challenging and defending wills/trusts, adult exploitation cases, ARS 14-3709 cases, and removal of personal representatives, trustees, and guardians/conservators.
Proficiency in estate planning.
Tech-savvy and eager to utilize the latest legal technology.

We Offer:
Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000+ per year (with bonus potential at end of year).
$10,000 signing bonus distributed over 90 days (at end of 30 ($2,500), 60 ($2,500), and 90 ($5,000) days)
Additional benefits including health insurance stipend, paid time off and paid holidays, reimbursement for CLE courses, paid bar dues, and malpractice insurance coverage.
