About You:
**Arizona bar licensed** with expertise in **Title 14 litigation** (probate/trusts and guardianship/conservatorship).
Passionate about trial work, striving for success in every case.
Self-starter with a willingness to seek guidance when needed.
Proficient in estate planning, capable of drafting estate plans and addressing client inquiries.
Recognize the synergy between probate litigation experience and estate planning.
Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy and eager to utilize the latest legal technology.

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and respond to motions/pleadings.
Attend initial and contested hearings.
Conduct discovery/disclosure.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Manage cases from inception to resolution.
Draft estate plans and address client inquiries.
Pursue advanced estate planning Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses.
Experience & Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
Proven experience in Title 14 litigation.
Familiarity with estate planning; experience in guardianship and conservatorship is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new legal technologies.
Benefits & Perks:
Starting competitive salary commensurate with experience: $110,000+ per year (with bonus potential at end of year)
