Terry Frederic is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice primarily focuses on export control and sanctions compliance.
Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Terry clerked for the Honorable Claire R. Kelly at the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York, NY. As a judicial law clerk, he advised on various substantive and procedural motions before the court stemming from the appeal of administrative decisions. He engaged extensively with the application and interpretation of trade and customs law and resolved matters before the court in connection with Judge Kelly’s sitting by designation on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.
