Dalyn Dessaure is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.
As a former cybersecurity and technology professional, Mr. Dessaure draws on his technical experience and project management skills to represent public and private companies and private equity fund clients on a variety of commercial contracting, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data privacy matters.
Mr. Dessaure maintains an active pro bono practice, representing indigent communities and individuals seeking asylum, estate planning, and guardianship rights, as well as veterans with disabilities, and victims of domestic violence. He also advises non-profits on technology-related transactions and data privacy and cybersecurity-related concerns.
Mr. Dessaure is also a fellow of the Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA) Leadership Academy.
Mr. Dessaure serves his community through volunteer service in the Houston community and is the office leader of the Black Lawyers Group.
