She is a frequent speaker on issues related to litigation, foreclosure and the mortgage banking industry. Genail earned her B.A. in Finance and Business Administration from California State University San Bernardino and graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California with her Juris Doctorate in 2004. She is licensed in California, Texas and Washington. She is an active member of the National Mortgage Bankers’ Association, California Mortgage Banker's Association, NAAMBA, the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, WBENC and the Pacific Southwest National Minority Development Council.
