After completing his Juris Doctor at Loyola University College of Law - New Orleans in 2019, Mr. Obianagu served as Allstate Staff Counsel defending insurance carriers, handling cases from inception all the way to resolution, in a wide-range of proceedings. He has experience in litigating first-party and third-party personal injury claims, property insurance claims as well as other general liability claims. Despite his young age, Mr. Obianagu has already tried cases to the bench and before a jury. A 2019 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Chuck played defensive back for Sam Houston State University. As of May 2022, Mr. Obianagu joined Falk Waas and handles General and Premises Liability cases, Auto, Trucking and Rideshare Liability cases as well as Medical Malpractice cases for the firm.
