Joseph Deloney counsels clients nationwide throughout all stages of complex product liability and mass tort litigation. Prior to private practice, Joseph served as a law clerk for the Hon. Carl A. Walker of the Illinois First District Appellate Court, where he gained extensive litigation knowledge and legal research and writing experience.
During law school, Joseph participated in the Re-Entry and Community Help Clinic, where he assisted federal probationers reintegrate back into society. He also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Tanya Walton Pratt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Joseph enjoys volunteering and is committed to youth development and mentorship initiatives. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cook County Bar Association and the Associate Board for the Black Men Lawyers' Association.
