Untangling complex medical product liability litigation is Kristina Coleman's strong suit. As a member of the firm's product liability team, she wields legal acumen and unsparing attention to detail to support health and life sciences clients.

Kristina has played a key role in two trial teams defending life-saving medical products in both state and federal courts. She has particular expertise in assisting with the preparation for cross-examination of opposing expert witnesses.
Past Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Kristina clerked for the Honorable Sheryl Lynch in the Marion County Circuit Court, drafting proposed orders, conducting legal research, preparing research memoranda and analyzing quiet title cases for statutory compliance. Kristina is a former FaegreBD summer associate, where she assisted attorneys with drafting amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court, conducted legal research and drafted pleadings for pro bono cases. Kristina also gained legal experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Heather Welch in the Marion County Superior Court and as a judicial extern for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Steven David. Kristina worked as a research assistant for Professor Xuan-Thao Nguyen, and was a student member of the Indianapolis American Inn of Courts.
Personal Interests
Kristina is a committed volunteer. During law school, she served as secretary for the Black Law Students Association, production coordinator for the Family Law Society's Annual Teal Tie Fundraising Dinner, and a McKinney Mentor.
