Scott Evans is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Denver office and a the Chair of the Firm’s Litigation group. Mr. Evans represents businesses and individuals in contract disputes, statuary compliance, commercial matters, business torts, and real estate litigation. He also represents business owners, financial advisors, and investors in intra-business disputes, as well as certain FINRA and white-collar administrative matters.
In addition, Mr. Evans conducts internal corporate and governmental agency investigations, calling on his experience as a federal investigator. Mr. Evans has significant experience in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Evans is also an arbitrator and mediator with the American Arbitration Association and an Associate of the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
