Tristan has established a multidisciplinary practice using a variety of skill sets which underlie his work ethic, training, and expertise. Having gained his experience as a civil trial attorney at one of the largest and most diverse law offices in America, Tristan has represented and defended a wide variety of clients, from individuals and small business owners to government agencies to Fortune 500 corporations, in an array of civil matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, employment, labor law, municipal, administrative, civil rights, business torts, negligence, breach of contract, workers compensation, and federal tax. He has also successfully tried, litigated, and settled hundreds of matters at the state, federal, and appellate levels.
Tristan currently focuses his practice on advising, representing, and defending clients in federal tax matters, including employment tax, tax controversy and litigation. He also advises and assists business owners and corporate clients in tax credit transactions, including the Employee Retention Tax Credit and the Section 45Q Carbon Capture and Sequestration Tax Credit.
