Chinyere represents a diverse base of public and private clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and major financial institutions. She handles various corporate and securities matters and secured and unsecured financing transactions. Her practice involves representing public companies in securities law compliance, disclosure and periodic reporting, equity and debt financings, and general corporate organization and governance matters.
During her time in law school, Chinyere served as co-president of the Black Law Students Association and as a student director for LAHANAS during her second and third years. She was also a member of the Boston College Law School Diversity and Inclusion Task Force and participated as a clinic student in the Boston College Innocence Program. In April 2023, she received the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the Boston College Law School Black Law Students Association in recognition of her contribution to the legal community, including black law students at Boston College Law School.
