Keyona White is an associate in the Dallas Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Focusing her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense, Ms. White represents individuals, businesses, and carriers across a wide range of disputes. She provides valuable experience managing matters through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
Previously serving as Executive Director at her alma mater, Ms. White led strategic programming in pre-law education, student mentorship, and professional development. In this role, she designed and implemented academic enrichment initiatives and built partnerships that advanced student success. Her experience of counselling aspiring legal professionals and organizing educational forums contributes to her approach to work today.
Earlier in her career, Ms. White handled both civil and criminal matters, including drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients at hearings, and negotiating outcomes to resolve disputes efficiently. Having this hands-on litigation experience helped sharpen her courtroom presence and ability to manage complex caseloads independently.
Ms. White also brings unique insight to insurance defense from her previous work as a liability claims adjuster for one of the largest auto insurance carriers in the U.S. In that role, she evaluated policy coverage, assessed damages, investigated claims, and collaborated with legal teams to resolve litigated matters. Her deep understanding of the full claims cycle, from intake and investigation to litigation and resolution, gives her a perspective that strengthens her ability to serve clients across the insurance spectrum.
In 2019, Ms. White earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law - Houston, Texas, and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Wiley College in 2010.
Ms. White is licensed to practice law in Texas.
