Natasha represents individuals and businesses in commercial, regulatory, and white collar criminal matters.
Natasha advises clients on health care compliance, fraud and abuse laws, regulatory issues, internal investigations, and professional licensing. Natasha has significant experience in complex administrative litigation.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Natasha worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. As an Assistant Attorney General, Natasha worked in the Public Safety and Health Licensing divisions. Notably, Natasha was a member of the prosecution team that convicted former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin for the murder of George Floyd.

- Member of team that obtained a settlement of dismissal on behalf of a large medical device manufacturer related to the False Claims Act.
- Successfully defended the Minnesota Department of Public Safety in support of a revocation of a driver’s license for Driving Under the Influence at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Leary v. Commissioner of Public Safety, A18-2009, 2019 WL 3210358 (Minn. Ct. App. July 15, 2019).
- Member of team that successfully defended the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiner’s revocation of a chiropractor’s license at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In the Matter of Alan Joshua Woggon, A19-1280, 2020 WL 2119244 (Minn. Ct. App. May 4, 2020).
- Member of team that successfully prosecuted Derek Chauvin for the murder of George Floyd.
