Eric has devoted his career to medical malpractice litigation. His practice primarily focuses on defending physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare entities in cases involving allegations of medical malpractice, wronful death, and negligence. He has represented clients in state and federal court.
Eric earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law where he competed in moot court, served as a notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, and participated in the law school's Family Justice Clinic (f/k/a Family Violence Clinic).
During law school, he also interned for the Honorable Lawton E. Stephens (Superior Court Judge for Georgia's Western Judicial Cuircuit) where he researched various substatntive and procudural legal issues and drafted judicial opinions and orders.
Eric is a proud life member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He uses his legal skills to serve the organization and is co-legal counsel for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. - State of Georgia.
