Brandon Mullings-Whitaker focuses on environmental and safety compliance for heavily-regulated businesses. Before entering private practice, Brandon spent four years as an attorney at EPA?s headquarters in Washington, D.C. While at EPA, Brandon advised on the enforcement of the Clean Water Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, among other environmental laws. In addition, Brandon currently serves on the Board of the Environmental and Toxic Tort Section for the Atlanta Bar Association.
