Practice focuses on civil litigation matters such as: personal injury, breach of contract, employment discrimination, insurance defense and probate cases.
- Manage diverse caseload and work collaboratively with the partners to evaluate merits of potential cases and develop case strategies.
- Appear and represent clients at court hearings. Participate in depositions, court hearings, and settlement conferences.
- Conduct and respond to discovery. Draft motions, briefs, interlocutory appeals, and other legal memoranda.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
