Terence J. Theus received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2014, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2019.
Terence spent several years as a criminal defense attorney exclusively to indigent clients in the Augusta and Columbia Judicial Circuits. In that capacity, Terence tried serious felony cases in front of local juries with great results. His diligence as an attorney also led to dozens of his cases being dismissed.
Terence also gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation while working as an attorney for arguably the largest personal injury firm in the nation. Terence is currently an attorney with Frails & Wilson, LLC.
Terence focuses his practice on representing people facing felony charges and serious misdemeanors, including, but not limited to murder, rape, kidnapping, armed robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, theft, drug charges, fraud, arson, gang charges, obstruction, terroristic threats, weapons violations, driving under the influence, probation violations, and parole violations.
Terence is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
