Chantal B. Floyd, Esq. is a dedicated and accomplished attorney currently serving as Director, Counsel in the legal department at Burlington Stores, Inc. In this role, she leads the negotiation and management of a broad portfolio of commercial contracts that are essential to the company’s operations, while providing strategic legal guidance to support business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ms. Floyd brings extensive experience in both corporate and litigation matters, having previously served as in-house Counsel at Aramark and as an Associate Attorney at several prominent law firms in the Greater Philadelphia area. Her legal practice has focused on complex commercial transactions and high-stakes civil defense litigation, with a strong track record of delivering practical and effective legal solutions.
