Kelvin is an accomplished attorney with a robust background in litigation. He is particularly noted for his extensive litigation experience in criminal, labor, and employment law arenas. He began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he successfully handled a wide range of complex criminal trials. His repertoire included prosecuting cases involving non-fatal shootings, fraud and forgery, and criminal enterprises, showcasing his proficiency in navigating high-stakes criminal prosecutions.

Transitioning into the realm of labor and employment law, Kelvin has established himself as a versatile litigator. He has notably litigated cases involving state employees under the Davis-Bacon Act, demonstrating his expertise in nuanced regulatory frameworks.

Kelvin’s proficiency extends even further into matters concerning labor relations and employment law, where he has litigated significant cases involving the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), federal courts, and arbitrators. His most recent focus before Ogletree centered on litigating under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (FSLMRS), appearing before key agencies such as the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and before arbitrators. In addition to his labor relations experience, he has litigated cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Throughout his career, Kelvin has achieved notable success in handling diverse labor and employment-related issues. His experience spans into negotiations as a first chair in bargaining collective bargaining agreements, underscoring his adeptness in both litigation and negotiation settings.

He likes to volunteer to help people in his community, provide mentorship to the youth, and spend time with his family. He is also a diehard fan of the San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Bulls, and Golden State Warriors.
