Jeremy is an attorney in Taft’s Cincinnati office and focuses his practice on commercial real estate. He has experience guiding clients through a broad range of transactions involving real estate, including the acquisition and disposition of real property, debt and equity financing, zoning and land use planning, joint ventures, and business formation and reorganizations. Jeremy also advises clients on corporate governance matters. Jeremy currently serves on the executive board of the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati.
Jeremy earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was a representative on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association. He obtained his bachelor’s of business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. While completing his undergrad, Jeremy interned for Michigan Congressman Dan Kildee and the Ohio Innocence Project.
