Anneshia Miller Grant is the principal attorney at AMG LAW and has over 15 years of experience practicing family law throughout Virginia. She handles a wide range of family law matters, including custody, support, separation, protective orders, and both military and high-asset divorce cases. Ms. Miller Grant serves clients across Northern Virginia, including Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Hanover, Fairfax, Prince William, Alexandria, Arlington, and Loudoun County.

An experienced military divorce lawyer, Ms. Miller Grant built her skillset in Hampton Roads, where she became well-versed in military-specific legal issues such as military retirement, the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act, the Survivor Benefit Plan, disability pay, and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. Her firsthand experience as a military spouse for over 15 years, combined with her family's deep-rooted military background, provides her with a unique understanding of these complex cases.

Ms. Miller Grant is known for delivering honest, straightforward legal advice and giving her clients personal attention. She approaches each case thoroughly prepared, with a fierce and aggressive litigation style to ensure her clients' interests are vigorously represented both inside and outside the courtroom.

Her accolades include being named 2025 Virginia "Go-To Lawyer" in Family Law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly, receiving the Most Honored Lawyers - Top 10% recognition in 2022 and 2020, and Top 5% in 2021. She was also featured in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Family Law and recognized as one of Washington D.C.'s Outstanding Young Lawyers and Top Young Rising Attorneys in Virginia in 2020. Ms. Miller Grant has been a Super Lawyers Rising Star annually since 2017 and holds a perfect 10.0 rating from both Avvo and Justia.

Beyond military divorce, she is experienced in representing domestic violence victims, advocating for fathers' rights, and addressing same-sex marriage and custody matters.
