As a seventh-year associate, I advise clients on technology transactions, covering matters such as commercial contracts, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, and information technology. I also have an interest in the gaming and sports sectors. I am based in A&O Shearman’s San Francisco office. Prior, I advised clients on the same matters across a range of sectors (including technology, sports, gaming and financial institutions) in A&O Shearman’s London office.
I was recently on secondment at Reality Labs (Meta) from A&O Shearman, sitting in the Metaverse Content team. In this role, I advised on all extended reality content (i.e., augmented, mixed, and virtual reality) across a range of sectors, such as video games, sports, and fitness.
I trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, which included a secondment to the Moscow office.
Prior to my professional legal career, I worked in a variety of private, public and third sector roles in London, Paris and New York.
