The City of North Miami Beach (“City”), Florida invites qualified firms to submit proposals
no later than 5:00 PM EST Friday December 15, 2023 for
RFQ-23-035-SG PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES - CITY ATTORNEY
Interested firms may secure the solicitation package and all other pertinent information by

RFQ Submissions
• Electronically: Submissions may be completed electronically via Periscope (BidSync) by uploading
all required and supplemental documents by Friday, December 15, 2023, at 5:00 P.M. Please contact
Periscope (BidSync) Customer Service at 800-990-9339 for submission upload assistance.
AND/OR
• Physically: Submissions may be delivered by a firm representative or a courier service to: City
of North Miami Beach City Hall, Procurement Department 3rd Floor by Friday, December 15, 2023, by
5:00 PM. Package must include one (1) hard copy submission with all required and supplemental
documents. (Multiple hard copies and flash drive not required)
(All physical submissions will be date/time stamped upon receipt. City NMB will not accept ANY
submissions received after the deadline 12/15/23 @ 5:00 PM est.
Late submissions shall not be considered. The City of North Miami Beach reserves the right to
reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make
awards in the best interest of the City.
Pursuant to Section 2-11.1(t) of the Miami-Dade County Code, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on
the project identified above.
