EFL Associates is assisting our client Langdon& Emison, Attorneys at Law in the search for a litigation attorney. 

Langdon & Emison seeks a
passionate and compassionate litigator to zealously represent clients in court
cases and other adversarial legal proceedings such as arbitration, mediation
and administrative law proceedings. The candidate must be adept at
relationship-building with clients and familiar with all aspects of court
pleadings and processes.  

We seek a well-spoken advocate,
comfortable assessing cases with clients and presenting in front of judges and
juries. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative with all members of the
firm, appreciative of a family work atmosphere, and able to balance hard work
with personal and professional enjoyment at the office.  Position Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Juris Doctorate
• Hold active license to practice law in Missouri (or ability to waive in)
• Have at least 4 years of legal experience
• Products Liability experience preferred
• Able to manage and litigate complex cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Help lead building and expansion of dynamic law firm
