Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate
opening for a Renewable Energy
Construction Attorney
with a minimum of five years of experience.

We
will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office,
The Link. The candidate should have experience negotiating
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy clients.
The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy
& Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic
credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and
a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.  The candidate
should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle
multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses
of action.  Candidates should have an active
bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are
applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,
the compensation range for this position in Denver only is $220,000 to $260,000,
commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an
Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. In addition,
employees receive a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental,
and vision.
