immediate opening in its Houston office
for a Banking & Finance Associate with three to five years of experience.
General finance, real estate, and/or corporate experience is desired
including commercial transactions, corporate and commercial finance, and
commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Experience
with commercial real estate lending is preferred. The candidate should be client-focused,
detail-oriented, and experienced in closing commercial transactions.
The candidate must have excellent academic
credentials and communication skills. Prior law firm experience including the
ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively
handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and
courses of action is preferred. Candidates
should have a Texas bar license.
