We have an immediate opening
for a Senior Banking & Finance Associate with a minimum of
five years of experience. General commercial finance experience is required,
including commercial real estate lending, asset-based lending, dealer finance,
and sponsor/acquisition finance. Experience with commercial real estate lending
is preferred. The candidate should be interested in business development and
experienced in closing commercial loan transactions. We will consider
candidates in any markets where we have physical offices, or for our virtual
office, The Link.
The candidate must have
excellent academic credentials and communication skills, as well as experience
managing junior associates and paralegals. The ideal candidate will have the
ability to work independently on transactions with limited supervision. Prior
law firm experience including the ability to work well with a team, superior
judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability
to articulate legal strategies and courses of action is preferred.
Candidates should have an
active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are
applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal
Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation range for this position in Denver
is $220,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client
Development Bonus. In addition, employees receive a comprehensive benefit
package including medical, dental, and vision.
