Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate
opening in its Milwaukee, Kansas City or St. Louis office for an Employee
Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate with two to three years of
experience. The ideal candidate will have a tax and/or accounting background
and meaningful experience with ERISA and the Internal Revenue
Code. However, we will consider exceptional candidates who do not meet all
these criteria.
The candidate must have a strong
academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with
a team that is spread across our geographic locations, superior judgment, the ability
to effectively handle multiple projects, the ability to articulate legal
strategies and courses of action, and the ability to communicate directly with
clients as needed. Candidates should have a Wisconsin or Missouri bar license,
depending on the office to which they are applying, or commit to obtaining one
as soon as possible.
