Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate
opening for a Public Finance Associate with
two to five years of experience. We will consider
candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. The candidate should have experience with tax-exempt
and/or taxable bond offerings with respect to affordable housing, health care,
higher education, or redevelopment projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic
credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and
a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate
should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle
multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses
of action. Candidates should have an active
bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are
applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse
candidate pool.
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation
range for this position in Denver, Los Angeles, and Oakland only is $210,000 to
$240,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all
other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for
an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
