We have an immediate opening in our
virtual office, The Link, for an Asbestos
Litigation Attorney/Associate/Senior Counsel with a minimum of three years of experience with all stages
of asbestos-specific litigation. The position will have a flexible
billable-hour requirement and schedule.
An active New York
bar license is required, and candidates currently practicing in the upstate New
York area are preferred. In addition to a New York bar license, bar admission
in other states is preferred, but not required.
The candidate must have an excellent
academic record, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with the
ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively
handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and
courses of action.
