Husch Blackwell LLP, a national law firm, has an immediate
opening in its St. Louis office for a Healthcare Transactional and
Regulatory Associate with a minimum of four years of experience. While St. Louis is the preferred
location because the candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our St.
Louis office, we are open to candidates in other markets. The successful
candidate will work within the firm’s Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Education
business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare
contracting, transactions, and regulatory compliance. In addition, experience with managed care,
the health insurance industry, federal and state health care programs, pharmacy
benefit mangement, and the pharmaceutical sector is desirable. Prior law firm or in-house experience is
strongly preferred.

The candidate must have top academic and professional
credentials, strong organizational and written/oral communication skills,
superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the

have a Missouri bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
