immediate opening in its Austin
office for a Real Estate Associate
with two to three years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with general real estate
transactional matters, such as leasing and purchase/sale transactions, real
estate finance and/or development incentives. The candidate will work
primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources business unit.
The candidate must have a strong academic record,
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior
judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability
to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have a Texas bar license or
commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
