Healthcare Regulatory Attorney
Husch Blackwell, a national law
firm, has an immediate opening in our Austin,
Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, or St. Louis offices for an Attorney
with a minimum of three years of experience, with five or more years of
experience preferred. The position will have the opportunity to work a flexible
schedule, including reduced hours.
The ideal candidate will have
experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. In addition, experience with contracting in
the healthcare industry, including healthcare information technology products
and services, is strongly preferred.
The candidate must have an
excellent academic record, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal
skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the
ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate
legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates
should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to
which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
