Jackson & Campbell, P.C., a mid-sized, well-established, general practice DC law firm, currently
has an opening for a full-time senior-level attorney with 6+ years’ experience with estate
planning, wealth management and estate administration to join our Trusts & Estates practice
group. Responsibilities include designing and drafting complex estate plans, including wills,
revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements and other estate
planning documents as well as representing fiduciaries in trust and estate administration
matters. You will experience significant responsibility, direct client contact and strong potential
growth in a growing area of the firm with significant advancement potential. Partner level
candidates with some book of business will also be considered.
Education and Qualification Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
• Admission to DC bar or waiver eligibility (required)
• Admission(s) to MD and/or VA preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task a diverse caseload and meet deadlines
• Self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks
