Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer: Seeking an inaugural Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer to administer, manage, and continuously improve the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Program. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer with direct access to the Chief Executive Officer, the candidate will collaborate with the Law Department to further develop the Ethics and Compliance Program with assistance from various business units throughout the Company. The candidate performs duties consistent with legal and ethical requirements as well as Company values, standards, culture, and business practices.
