I am reaching out from the
United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, as
our office is looking for applicants to serve as Subchapter V Trustees.
Selected candidates will be appointed Subchapter V Trustee on a case-by-case basis
to administer cases filed under the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019
(Subchapter V) in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Districts of
Colorado and Wyoming, as well as in nearby Districts or Division, as
appropriate. Our office is currently seeking diverse candidates with business,
managerial, consulting, mediation, and/or operational experience. Can you
please provide me with options (if any) your organization has for publishing
