Associate Professor/Professor of Law
West Virginia University College of Law
seeks to hire up to two tenured or tenure-track positions for the 2023-2024
academic year. We are particularly interested in candidates who will teach
courses in the following areas: business law, health law, civil procedure,
civil rights, and environmental law or energy law; however, qualified
applicants in other areas may be considered. Candidates should have
an excellent academic record and must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law
school or an equivalent degree (such as a Ph.D.) in a related field. Candidates
should have a passion for teaching, a record of or potential for scholarly
distinction, and a commitment to service in the law school and community. Appointment
and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
