Solomon Luwoye focuses his practice on general negligence, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and first- and third-party insurance defense counseling and litigation. With a strong analytical approach and innovative problem-solving skills, he effectively manages complex caseloads throughout all stages of the litigation process.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an insurance advisor for one of North America’s largest brokerage firms. This experience equipped him with a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective that enhances his ability to assess and manage cases with precision.
Solomon is known for bringing a diverse skill set and creative approach to his legal practice, consistently achieving effective results for his clients. He has successfully argued various dispositive motions and tried cases in various courts.
Before joining his current firm, Solomon was an associate at a national litigation firm, where he handled a broad range of matters, including insurance and civil litigation. He also served as a law clerk at a national subrogation firm and gained judicial experience as an intern to the Honorable Judge Cynthia Stephens at the Michigan Court of Appeals. Solomon earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. During law school, he received Book Awards in Medical Malpractice and Trademark & Entrepreneur Clinic, as well as multiple scholarships, including the Dennis L. Dabney Scholarship, the Honorable Roy L. Roulhac Endowed Scholarship, and the Black Law Students Association Tuition Scholarship. He also served as a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates.
