A member of Dentons’ Corporate practice, Amanda focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law. Amanda is experienced advising clients on corporate governance and other corporate transactions. She also works with clients on mergers and acquisitions by assisting on due diligence, drafting documents and keeping deals moving forward. 

Before joining Dentons, Amanda served as a tax attorney with Intuit and as tax counsel for nonprofits and charitable tax exempt organizations. 

Prior to joining the private sector, Amanda was an Assistant State Attorney at the Cook County State Attorney's Office. Upon graduation from law school, she served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Herman C. Dawson of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County.
