She is also a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, presiding over commercial, construction, and employment matters. She is also certified as a FINRA arbitrator and was inducted into the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution Panel of Distinguished Neutrals in 2020.
