Bradley Dennis represents a diverse group of corporate clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Brad focuses his practice on mass tort and product liability matters, as well as cases and investigations involving white collar and commercial litigation issues, including corporate governance, breach of contract, public corruption, securities fraud, and economic crime charges. Additionally, he has worked on construction and real estate matters related to construction defect, design negligence, and contractual disputes.
Brad works on local and national counsel teams defending Fortune 500 companies in product liability matters filed in state and federal courts across the country. In this role, he handles various aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, depositions, conducting fact investigation, handling discovery, and preparing dispositive and evidentiary motions.
Before law school, Brad worked as a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio and as a legal intern with Akron Municipal Court. These experiences provided him with unique and helpful insights into the litigation process.
Dedicated to serving his community, Brad served as a congressional intern for then-Congresswoman and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Marcia Fudge. Brad’s volunteerism includes working with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland throughout the year at their Brief Advice Clinics. He has had the honor of serving as an invited keynote speaker at NAACP Award Dinners and at the Judge Harold K. Stubbs Awards Dinner.
As a former team manager for the Kent State University’s Men’s Basketball Team, Brad brings grit, a strong work ethic, and leadership to each and every case.
A northeast Ohio native, Brad lives in downtown Cleveland. He enjoys playing pickup basketball, running in 5k races, and exploring the best food spots around Cleveland. All year round, he can be found cheering for the University of Virginia’s sports teams – Go Hoos!
