Brandi focuses her practice on helping corporate and individual clients navigate complex legal challenges in commercial trial and appellate litigation, as well as in government investigations. She is known for her ability to deliver thoughtful, strategic solutions to high-stakes matters to achieve favorable outcomes in complex disputes.

In her litigation practice, Brandi represents clients in cases involving constitutional issues, including free speech, religious freedom, and sovereign immunity. She also handles complex breach of contract disputes and consumer protection claims. Brandi is a trusted advocate for legal matters in the District of Columbia, frequently appearing before the D.C. Superior Court, D.C. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Brandi’s investigations practice encompasses defending clients in government and congressional investigations, often involving consumer protection and employment issues. She also conducts internal investigations to address potential regulatory and workplace concerns, providing clients with clear guidance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Recognized for her leadership and impact in the legal profession, Brandi has been named to the National Bar Association’s “Top 40 Under 40” and The National Black Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” in Washington, D.C. She brings a unique perspective to her practice as a two-time appellate law clerk, having clerked for former Chief Judge Eric T. Washington of the D.C. Court of Appeals and civil rights icon Damon J. Keith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. While in law school, Brandi was an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice. A moot court champion, she was also a member of two law journals, both at the University of Texas School of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree, and at the Georgetown University Law Center, where she attended as a visiting student from 2011-2012.
