Breanne collaborates closely with HR teams to resolve sensitive employment matters efficiently and effectively, prioritizing both legal protection and organizational culture. She defends employers against EEOC and state-level equivalent administrative charges. She conducts thorough internal workplace investigations—including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct—and delivers clear, actionable reports with strategic recommendations.

A certified facilitative mediator, Breanne also offers training and coaching to managers and supervisors, equipping them to effectively address employee concerns and cultivate respectful workplace cultures.

Breanne earned her law degree, cum laude, at Michigan State University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Pittsburgh. During law school, she completed the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. This two-year litigation training program covers the trial process from pre-trial preparation to jury selection to sentencing. Breanne also worked as a student-attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, was a member of the Dean’s List, and was the Black Law Students Association Academic Committee chair.
