Brinet is an associate whose practice focuses on Medical Malpractice and Skilled Nursing and Aging Services. She represents doctors, physicians, hospitals, and other skilled nursing facilities in a variety of complex litigation matters.
Before joining KBR, Brinet worked as an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer at a New York Metropolitan health care corporation, where she investigated complaints of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Before that, she worked as Senior Counsel at the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. She has successfully handled a variety of misdemeanor cases, interviewed witnesses, conducted discovery, and has extensive litigation experience.
