Carine Jean-Claude is senior vice president, chief legal officer, and secretary for Arrow Electronics, Inc., with responsibility for leading global legal matters including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and business support at the operational level.
Jean-Claude previously served as chief compliance officer and vice president, legal affairs for Arrow Electronics since 2017. She joined Arrow in 2000 and served in roles of increasing legal and compliance responsibility. Prior to joining Arrow, Ms. Jean-Claude worked for the law firms of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, and Edwards & Angell in New York City.
Jean-Claude holds a juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance from New York University.
