Carlos was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Jackson, MS. He attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, where he received his B.S. in Economics. While attending Southern, Mr. Leach was a two-time All-American placekicker on the football team. Carlos received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans, LA. Following law school, Mr. Leach decided it was time for a change of scenery (and weather) and moved to sunny Orlando, FL, where he began his legal career defending employers and insurers in employment disputes. After two years of sharpening his craft from the defense perspective, Mr. Leach decided it was time to use his skills to fight for the people and not the powerful.
